PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Milk powder is obtained by evaporation and drying of milk on the spray tower.

APPLICATIONS
Mainly dairy industry, UHT milk, yoghurt, cheese, chocolate industry, the production of ice cream, confectionery industry, bakery and other food industry.

SHELF LIFE
Skim Milk min. 12 months from the date of production;
Full Milk min. 6 months from the date of production.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Product must be stored in dry and cool place at temperatures below 20 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
